Hired and Non-Owned Auto

Staffing Service firms face a unique liability exposure resulting from auto accidents caused by their employees while on the job. Employees who cause injury or damage with their own or your clients’ vehicles present a significant financial risk to your company. This is particularly true if personal auto insurance is inadequate, exhausted or non-existent.

Hired and non-owned Auto provides excess coverage over other auto policies and protects the insured for liability damages in the event that coverage for the automobile involved in the accident is inadequate or exhausted. Note: Hired and Non-Owned automobile does not provide coverage for injury to the insured’s employees, nor does it cover any exposure associated with the transportation of your employees.
