Worker’s Compensation Claims Procedures
When you or a member of your staff is made aware of a claim or a potential claim, report the claim by calling, AIGCS Early Notice, the claim reporting hotline at 888-393-6828. Customers can report claims 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

OR

A claim or a potential claim can also be reported on the carrier’s web-based First Notice of Loss (FNL) system. This system allows customers to report Worker’s Compensation claims online, anytime, anywhere. Users simply log on to the secure FNL system at www.aigcs.com and complete the appropriate claim report form. To expedite and facilitate the process, forms are pre-populated with customer information (e-mail address, name, address and phone number) already resident in the AIGCS system. Upon completion of the form (must have pre-issued password and ID number from carrier), FNL instantly transmits the information to the appropriate AIGCS service center. Confirmation of the claim report is sent back electronically within seconds from AIGCS system.

Once a claim is reported, it is immediately assigned to a specialist who focuses on effectively managing the case. Timely reporting insures an appropriate and prompt response by the carrier.

You should discuss claim procedures with your entire staff, making certain that all employees know exactly what they should do in the event of an injury.

A First Notice of Loss form must be filled out as soon as possible and forwarded to carrier immediately by fax, e-mail or online (FNL System).
