First Party Property Claims Procedures
Forward Notice of Loss to World Wide as soon as possible by fax, e-mail or overnight mail.

The information forwarded should include:

- Date of incident
- Description of incident
- Contact information for the insured ie: address, phone number, etc.
- Location to where loss occurred
- Claimant information
- Police Report
- Incident Report, etc.

WW will forward the Notice of Loss and all other information received from insured to the York Analyst that is assigned to that specific area.

Upon receipt of information, York Claims Services response is within 24 hours.

The York analyst will contact insured directly to get most accurate description and additional information.

If needed, York will then set up an appointment with a field adjuster for that specific area.

If a claim must be reported after normal business hours or on weekends an Emergency /After Hours Service number is available- 866-213-5137 and select prompt number 5 for "all other programs".
